A long time ago, your beetroot was just a tiny seed! Look at the pictures and put them in order. Write the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the circles to show what happens first, next, and last.

1. Tiny Seed Curl: Curl up in a little ball on the floor, just like a tiny seed waiting in the soil.
2. Tall Sprout Stretch: Slowly stand up and stretch your arms high to the sky. You're a sprout reaching for the sun!
3. Round Beetroot Pose: Stand with your feet wide apart and bend over to touch your toes. Make your body round like a big beetroot!
