Instructions
Help your child read the instructions for each activity. The goal is to learn simple words to describe people. Encourage them to use crayons or markers to draw and color.
Let's draw feelings! Draw a HAPPY face in the first circle. Draw a SAD face in the second circle.
Trace the word for someone with long hair. Then draw a line from the word to the head and give it LONG hair.
Let's draw people! In the box below, draw a TALL person and a SHORT person.
Listen and color! Color the boy's shirt RED. Color the girl's dress BLUE.

Activity 1: Drawing Feelings
The first circle should have a happy face (smile, happy eyes). The second circle should have a sad face (frown, sad eyes).
Activity 2: Long Hair
The letters of the word "LONG" should be traced. A line should be drawn from the word to the head. The head should have long hair drawn on it by the child.
Activity 3: Tall and Short People
The box should contain a drawing of two people. One person should be noticeably taller than the other.
Activity 4: Listen and Color
The shape representing the boy's shirt (rectangle) should be colored red. The shape representing the girl's dress (trapezoid) should be colored blue.
