Puzzle 1: The Basic Number Code
In this code, each letter of the alphabet has been replaced by the number of its position. A is the 1st letter, so A=1. B is the 2nd, so B=2, and so on.

Puzzle 2: Find the Pattern
Look at each sequence of numbers below. Figure out the rule that connects them, and then write the next two numbers in the sequence.

Puzzle 3: The Secret Cipher
This code is a little trickier. To find the number for each letter, you must first find its position in the alphabet (like in Puzzle 1) and then ADD 5. This is the secret rule!
The Rule: Letter's Position + 5 = Code Number
Example: The letter C is in the 3rd position. So, its code number is 3 + 5 = 8. (C = 8)
Example: The letter A is in the 1st position. So, its code number is 1 + 5 = 6. (A = 6)
