Welcome, Sentence Superstar! A sentence is a complete thought that tells a whole story in just a few words. Let's practice building amazing sentences together. Read each section carefully and have fun!
Part 1: The Perfect Match
Every complete sentence needs two main parts:
- A Naming Part (Subject): WHO or WHAT the sentence is about.
- A Telling Part (Predicate): WHAT the subject is DOING or BEING.
Draw a line to connect the Naming Part on the left with the perfect Telling Part on the right to make a complete sentence.
