Nosebleed Know-How: What's Happening in There?
Have you ever had a nosebleed? It might seem scary, but it's usually not a big deal. Inside your nose, there are lots of tiny, delicate tubes called blood vessels. Think of them like tiny, fragile straws carrying blood. Sometimes, one of these tiny vessels can break, and that's when you get a nosebleed!
Activity 1: The Case of the Common Causes
Why do nosebleeds happen? Match the common cause on the left with the correct description on the right. Draw a line to connect them!

| 2. A Small Bump | B. When you have a cold, you might have to do this a lot, and it can irritate the inside of your nose. |
| 3. Blowing Your Nose Too Hard | C. This is a very common habit that can easily break a small blood vessel. Try to avoid it! |
