In a cozy cave on top of Sunny Meadow Hill lived a little dragon named Sparky. Sparky wasn't like other dragons. He didn't like to roar loudly or breathe big puffs of fire. More than anything in the world, Sparky loved to bake!
The people in the village below were a little afraid of him. "A dragon on the hill!" they would whisper. "He must be scary!"
This made Sparky feel sad. He wanted to show them he was friendly. One sunny morning, he had a brilliant idea. He decided to bake the biggest, most delicious chocolate fudge cake the world had ever seen. He used moonbeam flour and fresh morning dew for his special recipe. He decorated it with bright red strawberries and fluffy whipped cream clouds.
A wonderful, sweet smell drifted down the hill and into the village. The villagers followed the delicious scent all the way to Sparky's cave. When they saw the giant, beautiful cake, their eyes went wide. Sparky smiled a shy, friendly smile and offered everyone a slice. After the first bite, everyone cheered! They realized Sparky wasn't scary at all; he was the best baker they had ever met. From that day on, Sparky and the villagers were the best of friends.
