Squeaky's Big Climb
Squeaky was a small, fluffy squirrel with a very twitchy tail. He lived with his family in a cosy hole in a big, old oak tree. The forest was full of tall trees, colourful flowers, and crunchy leaves on the ground.
One sunny morning, an old, wise owl told Squeaky about the legendary Golden Acorn. It was said to grow at the very top of the tallest pine tree in the forest. "It shines like the sun!" hooted the owl.
Squeaky knew he had to find it. He felt a fizz of excitement. He said goodbye to his family and started his climb up the tall pine tree. The journey was tricky. A grumpy crow cawed loudly at him, and the wind tried to push him off the branches. But Squeaky was brave. He held on tight with his little claws and kept climbing higher and higher.
Finally, he saw it! A bright, shiny Golden Acorn was waiting for him on the highest branch. He carefully picked it up and scurried back down the tree, feeling very proud and happy.
