Section 1: Our Amazing Earth (Reading Comprehension)
Helpful Hint: Read the text below carefully. The answers to the questions are all inside this story!
Our planet Earth is a very special place. It is the third planet from the Sun and the only one we know of that has oceans, forests, and animals like us. About 71% of the Earth's surface is covered in water, which is why it is sometimes called the "Blue Planet." The rest of the surface is land, which is divided into seven large pieces called continents. The Earth is always spinning, which gives us day and night.
