Instructions

  3. Role-Play: Find a partner. One person is the Travel Agent and one is the Customer. Choose a scenario from the "Role-Play Scenarios" section.
  4. Switch: After 5 minutes, swap roles so everyone practices being the Travel Agent.

Scenario C: The Luxury Traveler

  • Customer: Money is no problem! You want the best hotel and first-class service.
  • Agent: Suggest the most expensive package. Mention spas, private tours, and 5-star food.

Section 5: Bonus Challenge

The "Change of Plans" Problem: Suddenly, the flight to the customer's destination is canceled!

  • Agent: Offer a different destination or a different date for the same price.
  • Customer: Decide if you want the new offer or if you want a refund (your money back).
