- Courageous: Stands up for what is right, even when it’s difficult.
Behaviors of a Healthy and Safe Person:
- Practices good hygiene and self-care.
- Sets healthy boundaries with friends and family.
- Engages in positive communication and active listening.
- Chooses healthy eating habits and regular exercise.
- Seeks help when facing challenges or feeling overwhelmed.
Exercises:
1. Reflection: Think about a time when you saw someone demonstrate one of the character traits listed above. Write a short paragraph describing what happened and how it made you feel.
2. Scenario Analysis: Imagine a friend is feeling sad and doesn't talk to you about it. How would you demonstrate empathy in this situation? Write down your response.
3. Personal Goal: Choose one trait or behavior you would like to improve in yourself. What specific steps can you take to work on this goal? Write a short plan.
