2. Identify two health and safety concerns that impact your family. Describe how these concerns affect your family’s daily life.
3. Think about your school environment. What are two health and safety concerns you have identified there? How do these concerns impact your learning or comfort at school?
4. Now, focus on your community. Name one health and safety concern in your neighborhood. Discuss how it affects the people living there.
Part 2: Conducting an Assessment
5. Choose one of the health and safety concerns you've identified in Part 1. Conduct a brief assessment by answering the following questions:

- b. Who is impacted by this concern? (e.g., people in your family, classmates, community members)
- c. What are some possible solutions or actions that could be taken to address this concern?
- d. How can you be a part of these solutions or actions?
Part 3: Reflection
