Activities

  • Activity 1: Simon Says - Play a game of Simon Says with the student, incorporating various movements that promote physical activity. For example, "Simon says touch your toes" or "Simon says do five jumping jacks". This activity will help reinforce the importance of exercise for a healthy body.

  • Activity 2: Healthy Snack Creation - Ask the student to help prepare a healthy snack, such as a fruit salad or vegetable sticks with dip. While preparing the snack, discuss the benefits of eating nutritious foods and how they contribute to our overall health.

  • Activity 3: Yoga Session - Guide the student through a simple yoga session, focusing on poses that promote flexibility and relaxation. Explain how yoga can help keep our bodies strong and calm our minds.

  • Activity 4: Hygiene Routine - Go through a step-by-step hygiene routine with the student, including brushing teeth, washing hands, and taking a bath. Emphasize the importance of cleanliness in maintaining good health.
