Materials and Prep

Activities

  • Art: Lego Creation Drawing

    Encourage the student to choose their favorite Lego creation and draw it on paper. They can use colors and add details to make their drawing come to life.

  • English: Lego Storytelling

    Ask the student to create a short story using Lego characters or settings. They can build the scenes and characters with Lego bricks and then write or orally narrate their story.

  • Math: Lego Measurement

    Have the student measure different Lego pieces using a ruler or other measuring tools. They can record the lengths, widths, and heights of various bricks and compare their sizes.

  • Music: Lego Instrument

    Challenge the student to create a musical instrument using Lego bricks. They can experiment with different designs and materials to produce different sounds. Encourage them to compose a short tune using their Lego instrument.
