Dance Party: Create a playlist of the student's favorite songs and have a dance party. Encourage them to let loose, try different dance moves, and express themselves through movement.
-
Yoga or Stretching: Guide the student through a series of simple yoga poses or stretching exercises. Focus on improving flexibility, balance, and body awareness.
-
Animal Movements: Pretend to be different animals and mimic their movements. For example, crawl like a bear, hop like a kangaroo, or slither like a snake. This activity promotes creativity and coordination.
