Activities

- Activity 2: Healthy Snack Preparation - Choose a simple and nutritious recipe together, like fruit salad or veggie sticks with dip. Prepare the snack together, discussing the importance of choosing healthy ingredients and portion sizes.
- Activity 3: Yoga or Stretching Session - Follow along with a beginner's yoga or stretching video. Focus on different poses or stretches that promote flexibility, relaxation, and stress relief.
