Activities

  • Stretching Routine: Start the lesson with a series of stretches to warm up your muscles. Focus on stretching your arms, legs, and back. Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds.
  • Cardio Workout: Choose an activity that gets your heart rate up, such as jumping jacks, running in place, or dancing. Perform the activity for 10-15 minutes to improve cardiovascular fitness.
  • Strength Exercises: Incorporate bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges to build strength. Aim for 2 sets of 10 repetitions for each exercise.
  • Yoga or Meditation: End the lesson with a calming activity like yoga or meditation. Follow a beginner-friendly video or guide to help relax your mind and body.
