Objective

Activities

1. **Emotion Freeze Dance**: Play music and dance freely. When the music stops, freeze in a pose that represents an emotion. Discuss the emotion with your parent or guardian.

2. **Obstacle Course of Change**: Create an obstacle course using pillows, chairs, and other items. Each obstacle represents a different change. Practice navigating through the course to adapt to changes.

3. **Mirror Me**: Stand facing your parent or guardian. They will make movements that you need to mirror. This activity helps you understand how to adapt and respond to different actions.
