Prep: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for physical activities.
Activities
1. Mirror Movements: Stand facing a partner. One person leads while the other mimics their movements. Switch roles after a few minutes.
2. Red Light, Green Light: Move around the designated area. When the instructor says "green light," move forward, and when "red light" is called, freeze in place.
3. Balloon Keep Up: Keep a balloon in the air using only your hands and feet. Try to keep it from touching the ground.
