No prior knowledge is required, just come ready to have fun and learn!
Activities
- Dribble Obstacle Course: Set up a course with cones or markers and practice dribbling around them with your dominant and non-dominant hand.
- Shooting Practice: Work on your shooting form by taking shots from different distances. Focus on your technique and follow through.
- Passing Drills: Practice different types of passes such as chest pass, bounce pass, and overhead pass. Work on accuracy and strength.
