Objective

Materials and Prep

Activities

  • Warm-up: Start with jumping jacks and stretching to get your body ready.
  • Forward Rolls: Practice doing forward rolls on the wedge mat. Tuck your head in and roll forward.
  • Balancing Act: Try balancing on one foot on the wedge mat. See how long you can stay steady!
  • Jumping Fun: Jump onto the wedge mat from different directions and heights. Make sure to land softly.
  • Cool Down: Finish with some gentle stretching and deep breathing to relax your body.
