Materials and Prep

Materials needed:

  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • A bowl
  • A whisk or fork
  • A frying pan
  • A spatula

Make sure to wash your hands before starting the lesson!

Activities

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until they are well mixed.

2. Heat the frying pan with butter and pour in the whisked eggs.

3. Use the spatula to gently move the eggs around as they cook.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cracking the eggs: "Gently tap the egg on the side of the bowl and use your thumbs to open it."
  • Whisking the eggs: "Use a fork or whisk to mix the eggs until they are all one color."
