Activities

  • Warm-up Dance Party: Put on your favorite music and dance around for 5 minutes to get your body moving and heart pumping.
  • Obstacle Course Challenge: Create a simple obstacle course using household items like pillows, chairs, and tape. Time yourself as you move through the course.
  • Healthy Snack Creations: Use fruits, veggies, and other healthy ingredients to make a fun and nutritious snack like a fruit kebab or veggie wrap.
  • Yoga and Mindfulness: Practice a few simple yoga poses and end with a short mindfulness exercise to relax and focus your mind.
