- Comfortable clothing
Prep:
- Clear the area around the trampoline for safety.
- Ensure the trampoline is in good condition and set up correctly.
Activities
1. Warm-up Bounce: Start with gentle bouncing to warm up your muscles and get comfortable on the trampoline.
2. Straight Jump: Practice jumping straight up and landing in the center of the trampoline with your feet together.
3. Seat Drop: Sit on the trampoline, bounce up, and land on your bottom with your legs straight out in front of you.
4. Knee Drop: Similar to the seat drop, but land on your knees with your feet behind you.
Talking Points
- Remember to always bounce in the center of the trampoline. "Stay in the middle to stay safe!"
- Bend your knees when you land to absorb the impact. "Bend your knees like a spring!"
- Keep your arms out to the sides for balance. "Arms out like an airplane!"
- Practice controlled breathing to stay relaxed while bouncing. "Inhale up, exhale down!"
