Objective

Materials and Prep

- Comfortable clothes for moving around in - Open space to practice - Positive attitude and willingness to try new things

Activities

1. Warm-up: Start with stretching exercises like reaching for the sky, touching your toes, and doing arm circles to get your body ready for movement.

2. Balance Beam Practice: Pretend there's a balance beam on the floor and walk on it, trying to keep your balance like a gymnast.

3. Jumping Fun: Practice different types of jumps - tuck jumps, star jumps, and bunny hops.

4. Forward Rolls: Learn how to do a safe forward roll on a soft surface like a mat or carpet.
