By the end of this lesson, you will be able to identify and describe basic geometric shapes.

Materials and Prep

  • Pencil
  • Coloring materials (crayons, markers, etc.)

No prior knowledge is required for this lesson.

Activities

  1. Draw and Color Your Favorite Teen Titan

    Start by drawing and coloring your favorite Teen Titan character on a piece of paper. Be creative and make it as colorful as possible!

  2. Identify the Geometric Shapes

    Look closely at your drawing and identify any geometric shapes you can find. Circle the shapes with a colored pencil or marker.

  3. Describe the Shapes

    Write a sentence or two describing each shape you identified. For example, if you found a circle, you could write "The Teen Titan's head is a circle."
