Talking Points
- "A sentence is a group of words that tells a complete thought. It starts with a capital letter and ends with a period."
- "Let's try making a sentence about your favorite toy. What words can we use to describe it?"
- "When we write a sentence, we need to make sure it makes sense. Does our sentence sound right?"
- "Now, let's draw a picture to go with our sentence. Can you show me what you imagined?"
- "Great job! You created your own sentence. Remember, sentences help us share our thoughts with others."
