Activities
- Self-Portrait: Create a self-portrait using pencils or markers. Focus on capturing your current emotions and thoughts in the drawing.
- Emotion Drawing: Choose a color that represents how you feel today. Fill a whole page with that color, then add lines or shapes that express your emotions.
- Word Collage: Write down words that describe you or your current state of mind. Cut them out and create a collage on a page.
