Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to recognize and identify flags of different countries around the world.

Materials and Prep

Materials needed: Paper, coloring supplies (crayons, markers, colored pencils), world map (optional)

Prep: None

Activities

1. Color Your Own Flag: Choose a country and draw/color its flag on paper. Be creative!

2. Flag Match Game: Cut out flags of different countries and match them to their respective names.

3. Flag Hunt: Look around your house for items with flags on them (books, clothes) and identify the countries.
