Activities

  • Free Writing: Spend 10 minutes writing freely about your thoughts and feelings without worrying about grammar or structure.
  • Reflective Journal: Choose a significant event from your day and write about how it made you feel and what you learned from it.
  • Dialogue Writing: Write a conversation between two parts of yourself, such as your confident self and your insecure self.
