Activities

  1. Counting Stars: Look up at the night sky and count the number of stars you can see. Write down the number on your paper.

  2. Planet Addition: Imagine you have 3 planets and your friend has 2 planets. How many planets do you both have together? Write down the addition equation and solve it.

  3. Alien Subtraction: Imagine you have 5 aliens and 2 aliens went back to their spaceship. How many aliens are left? Write down the subtraction equation and solve it.

  • "Imagine you have some planets and your friend has some too. How can we find out how many planets you both have together?"
