Materials and Prep

Materials: Water bottle, comfortable clothing, sneakers

Preparation: Clear space for physical activities, warm-up before starting

Activities

1. Warm-up: Start with a 5-minute jog in place or jumping jacks to get your heart rate up.

2. Circuit Training: Create a circuit with exercises like squats, push-ups, and planks. Do each exercise for 1 minute.

3. Dance Party: Choose your favorite upbeat songs and dance for 15 minutes to boost your mood and energy.

4. Cool Down: Finish with stretching exercises to relax your muscles and prevent injury.
