Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to cook bacon and eggs on toast independently.

Materials and Prep

Materials:

  • Bacon
  • Eggs
  • Bread
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Prep:

  • Make sure you have a frying pan, spatula, and toaster ready.
  • Wash your hands before handling food.

Activities

1. Preparing Ingredients:
Get all your ingredients ready on the counter. Slice the bread and crack the eggs into separate bowls.

2. Cooking Bacon:
Place the bacon strips in a cold pan and cook them over medium heat until crispy.

3. Cooking Eggs:
Heat the pan, add butter, and then crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

4. Toasting Bread:
Put the bread slices in the toaster and toast until golden brown.
