Talking Points
- Your family is made up of people who love and care for each other. You have parents who take care of you, siblings who play with you, and grandparents who tell you stories.
- Family members can look alike or different, but what's most important is that you share a special bond with them.
- When you look at family photos, you can see how your family has changed over time. You were once a baby, and your parents were once children too!
- Playing pretend helps you understand what different family members do. You can pretend to be a parent cooking dinner, a sibling playing with toys, or a grandparent reading a book.
- Remember, families come in all shapes and sizes. Some families have lots of members, while others may be smaller. What matters most is the love and support you give each other.
