Objective

By the end of this Physical Education lesson, you will be able to appraise and justify choices of actions when solving complex movement challenges.

Materials and Prep

Materials: Comfortable workout clothes and shoes, water bottle.

Prep: Find a safe and open space to move freely without any obstacles.

Activities

1. Obstacle Course Challenge: Set up an obstacle course using household items like chairs, pillows, and ropes. Time yourself going through the course and try to improve your time with each attempt.

2. Dance Off: Choose your favorite upbeat song and create a fun dance routine. Focus on incorporating different movements and transitions to challenge yourself.

3. Yoga Flow: Follow a beginner's yoga video online and pay attention to your body's movements and alignment. Try to hold each pose for a few breaths and focus on your balance and flexibility.
