Activities

Create a circuit with exercises like squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, and planks. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15-second rest in between. - Obstacle Course Challenge
Set up a fun obstacle course with cones, hurdles (use pillows or cushions), and a skipping rope. Time yourself to see how fast you can complete the course. - Cool Down: Yoga and Meditation
Finish the session with some relaxing yoga poses and deep breathing exercises to cool down and relax your body.
