Activities

  • Journaling: Take some time to write down your thoughts and feelings. Reflect on how you are currently feeling and what might be contributing to those feelings.
  • Research: Look up different mental health disorders and their symptoms. Take notes on what you find interesting or surprising.
  • Mindfulness Exercise: Practice a short mindfulness exercise. Focus on your breathing and try to clear your mind of any distractions.
