By the end of this lesson, you will be able to clap in a special rhythm called Clappety-clap with one clap per syllable.

Materials needed: None
Preparation: Make sure you have enough space to move around and clap freely.
Activities
1. Warm-up: Start by clapping your hands to the beat of your favorite song. Feel the rhythm!
2. Clappety-clap Practice: Practice clapping in the special rhythm clap-pet--y-clap. Clap along with the syllables as you say them out loud.
3. Clap and Move: Clap in the Clappety-clap rhythm while moving around the room. Can you clap and walk at the same time?
4. Clap Challenge: Challenge yourself to clap faster and slower while maintaining the Clappety-clap rhythm. Can you keep up?
