Materials and Prep

Materials Needed:

  • Lego bricks of various colors and sizes
  • Plain paper
  • Markers or crayons

Preparation: Make sure you have a clear workspace to build with your Lego bricks.

Activities

1. Build Letters: Use Lego bricks to create different letters of the alphabet. Try to spell out simple words like "cat" or "dog".

2. Counting Bricks: Count how many Lego bricks you have in different colors. Practice counting and sorting them by color.

3. Create Patterns: Build colorful patterns using different colored Lego bricks. For example, red-blue-red-blue.
