Preparation: Cut the colored paper into strips before the lesson begins.
Activities
1. Start by choosing two different colored paper strips for the body of the fish.
2. Weave the two strips together to create the fish body.
3. Cut out fins and a tail from another colored paper and attach them to the body.
4. Add an eye using a small circular piece of paper.

- Let's choose two pretty colors for our fish. How about blue and yellow? Let's weave them together like this. "Look, we are making the fish's body!"
- Now, let's cut out some fins and a tail. We can glue them on the body. "Our fish is starting to take shape!"
