1. Obstacle Course Challenge: Set up a simple obstacle course with pillows, chairs, and other safe items. Time Edith as she navigates through it, encouraging her to manage her movements and pace.
2. Simon Says: Play a game of Simon Says where Edith needs to follow commands carefully. Emphasize the importance of listening and self-control.
3. Freeze Dance: Play music and have Edith dance, but when the music stops, she must freeze. This activity helps her practice self-regulation.
