Activities
- Partner Stretching: Pair up with a family member and take turns helping each other stretch different muscle groups.
- Obstacle Course: Create a simple obstacle course using household items and take turns guiding each other through it.
- Dance Party: Put on some music and dance together, taking turns leading the dance moves.
