Materials and Prep
- Comfortable clothing and shoes
- Open space for movement

Activities
- Emotion Charades: Act out different emotions and have Audrey guess what they are. Discuss how to manage each emotion.
- Obstacle Course: Create a simple obstacle course with pillows, chairs, and other household items. Practice problem-solving and physical coordination.
- Dance Party: Put on Audrey's favorite music and dance freely to express emotions and have fun!

- Emotions are Normal: "It's okay to feel different emotions like happiness, sadness, and anger. We all feel them sometimes."
- Problem-Solving: "When we face obstacles, we can think of different ways to overcome them. What creative solutions can you come up with?"
