Activities
- Obstacle Course: Set up a simple obstacle course using household items like chairs, pillows, and hula hoops. Encourage Audrey to move through the course using different movements like crawling, hopping, and jumping.
- Dance Party: Put on some upbeat music and have Audrey create her own dance routine. Encourage her to include a variety of movements like spins, jumps, and arm movements.
- Follow the Leader: Take turns being the leader and creating a sequence of movements for the other person to follow. This can include movements like marching, skipping, and stretching.
