Objective

Activities

  2. Basic Skills Practice: Teach and practice fundamental gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations.
  3. Routine Creation: Encourage the student to create a short gymnastics routine using the skills learned. They can incorporate music and creativity to make it fun.
  4. Cool-down: End the lesson with a cool-down period, including static stretches and deep breathing exercises to promote relaxation and prevent muscle soreness.
