- Access to a mirror for self-reflection activities
- Cooking supplies for a simple recipe in Home Economics

Activities
- Emotion Charades:
Jordan will take turns acting out different emotions without using words while the other person guesses the emotion. This will help in understanding non-verbal cues associated with feelings.
- Cooking with Emotions:
In Home Economics, Jordan will choose a simple recipe and discuss how cooking can be a way to express emotions. For example, baking cookies when feeling happy or making soup when feeling sad.
- ASL Emotion Signs:
Jordan will learn and practice basic ASL signs for emotions. This will enhance understanding of emotional expression and improve communication skills.
- Journaling:
Jordan will write about a recent experience that made them feel a strong emotion. They will reflect on how they handled that emotion and what they could do differently next time.
- Role-Playing Scenarios:
Jordan will engage in role-playing activities where they will practice responding to various emotional situations. This will help develop empathy and critical thinking skills.
