  • Healthy Snack Preparation:

Jordan will prepare a simple, healthy snack that can be enjoyed after exercising. This will involve planning, measuring ingredients, and understanding nutritional value.

  • Critical Thinking Discussion:

Jordan will engage in a discussion about the benefits of stretching and exercise, considering questions like, "How does stretching prevent injury?" and "Why is it important to maintain flexibility?"
