Objective

By the end of this lesson, Cullen will understand the living areas of panthers, their size, lifespan, and color variations. He will also learn how to create a YouTube channel and develop comic book ideas, integrating his interests in art and storytelling.

Activities

  • Research Panthers: Cullen will spend some time researching panthers, focusing on where they live, how big they get, how long they live, and if all panthers are black. He can use books or online resources to gather this information.

  • Art Project: Cullen will create an artistic representation of a panther in its habitat. He can draw or paint a scene that includes details about the panther's environment.

  • Comic Book Creation: Cullen will brainstorm and outline a short comic book story featuring a panther as the main character. He can sketch the panels and write dialogue to bring his story to life.

  • YouTube Channel Setup: Cullen will learn the basics of setting up a YouTube channel. He can brainstorm ideas for videos related to his interests, such as panthers or comic book creation.
