Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will have a deeper understanding of the history and traditions of Christmas, as well as the ability to express their own ideas about the holiday through creative activities.

- Access to a quiet space for reflection and creativity
Before starting the lesson, it would be helpful to have a brief discussion about what Christmas means to the student, and any traditions they may already be familiar with.

Christmas Story Creation
The student will write a short story about their own version of Christmas. They can include elements like their favorite traditions, imaginary characters, or even a magical twist to the holiday!

Holiday Card Design
Using the paper and markers, the student will create their own Christmas card. They can design the front with festive imagery and write a heartfelt message inside for a family member or friend.

Christmas Traditions Brainstorm
The student will make a list of different Christmas traditions from around the world. They can research or use their imagination to come up with unique traditions that could be celebrated.

Christmas Music Reflection
The student will listen to a few classic Christmas songs (if available) and reflect on the themes and feelings that the music evokes. They can jot down their thoughts and feelings about the songs.
