By the end of this lesson, Janvier will be able to recognize and express different feelings through a fun song and activities. Janvier will understand that it's okay to have different feelings and that everyone experiences them.

Feelings Check-In: Start the lesson by asking Janvier how he feels today. Encourage him to use words to describe his feelings, like happy, sad, or excited.

Feelings Song: Sing "If You're Happy and You Know It" together, but change the actions for different feelings. For example, stomp feet for angry, jump for excited, frown for sad, and hide face for scared.

Feelings Charades: Act out different feelings together. Take turns showing how to express feelings through body language and facial expressions.

Feelings Drawing: After the song, Janvier can draw a picture of how he feels today. Talk about the colors and shapes he uses to represent his feelings.

- "How do you feel today, Janvier? Can you tell me one word that describes it?"
- "It's okay to feel different things. Sometimes we feel happy, and sometimes we feel sad!"
- "Let's sing our special feelings song! What should we do when we feel angry?"
