Activities

  1. Activity 1: Draw and Describe

    Ask the student to draw a picture of something that represents violence to them. It can be a scene, an object, or a character. After they have finished drawing, have them write a short description of their drawing, explaining why they chose it and how it relates to violence.

  2. Activity 2: Positive Alternatives

    Discuss with the student the importance of finding positive alternatives to violence. Ask them to think of three different situations where they might feel angry or upset, and have them come up with non-violent ways to handle those situations. Encourage creativity and problem-solving.

  3. Activity 3: Empathy and Understanding

    Read a story or show a short video that highlights the negative consequences of violence. Afterward, engage in a discussion with the student about the characters' feelings and the impact of their actions on others. Encourage empathy and understanding.
